Vanessa: Shopping centre eateries seem to have really stepped it up a notch of late and Top Ryde is a clear example of this.  Bondi Pizza, a resident of the piazza quarter at Top Ryde, represents the brand’s vision for a relaxed, fun and vibrant dining experience.  Having heard of the chain’s ‘thin pressed pizza’, Bianca and I, along with ‘Wanita’ (Bianca’s mother/my aunt), made a bee line to check it out. The restaurant is large and open with a modern, casual atmosphere.  The menu offers a wide range of starters, mains and an abundance of pizza varieties all served up on the thin base. We started of the evening with a serve of tomato & mozzarella bruschetta ($9.95) and arancini ($9.95).  The bruschetta was loaded with ripe, fresh tomatoes, spanish onion and a thick, sweet balsamic glaze. The arancini consisted of four creamy, cheesy balls of goodness with a crunchy exterior. Thumbs up all round for these!
